Inspiration

Technica 2020 and its impact on helping women in STEM

What it does

This website helps women join STEM related subjects and pursue STEM at a higher education through our resources. The website provides job, university and scholarship information in a simple and easy to understand format

How I built it

Using HTML and CSS we created a navigable website thats has relevant information for women in STEM.

Challenges I ran into

We had problems with formatting and layouts, and trying to upload a search option with javascript had been faulty in the first attempts.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We were able to create a fully functioning website with plenty of information for aspiring women.

What I learned

We learned about the various opportunities for women in STEM, and we wanted to share those opportunities with other women as well.

What's next for STEM for Women

We would like to add more events and information to the website, such as implementing a database that would be easy to search and find specifics for.
