I was inspired by other children's books I've read in the past. I learned that I have to keep on working hard because in the end it will be worth it. I wrote my story as a Word document and drew the pictures myself. This was a big challenge for me because I had one week to write a book. I am in 6th grade so I also had online school to keep me busy. I worked so hard on this and I had to really put all of my effort into it. When I first started my book I thought that it would be easy. But it wasn't. I had to try my best and spend huge chunks of time on it. But now I realize that it was worth it because I am so happy with the results. Overall, I'm really proud of my book and this was a big accomplishment for me. It may not be the best book ever but I'm really happy with it. If I win, I really hope that the kids who read it enjoy it and understand what Coronavirus is and how to stay safe.
