Daily activities are :
1 Daily focus
Memory , Love , Relaxation , kindness , and more are the daily focuses. The user is reminded by the importance of the daily focus . Then he’s asked to spend his day doing activities, reaching relatives, or simply remembering moments related to this daily focus.
2 Daily exercise
The daily exercise is an alternation between challenging exercise ( math , logic, memory) and relaxing technics (yoga, breathing). More than just brain games , the content of these exercises is designed to target a different cognitive ability every day.
The exercises are designed to cover all ages categories and train people to answer questions throughout a conversation.
What’s Next ?
the development of the Stay Sharp as a web and mobile app to make it more accessible a wider audience.
This was a request by the specialists during the process of design and validation for a potential use in clinical therapy. This contest and this collaboration made me realize that the project represents a potential business opportunity, as I’m learning more about the possible use cases and how technology may address these challenges.
