stay safe!

Inspiration

It is about giving more love to each other as it is more about we instead of me. We are here as a together as a team even though we are apart, and together, we can grow.

What it does

This is a filter for Instagram to tell each other to stay home in a cute way with the hearts and high-pitched voice. However, it does convey a serious message of staying home but also spreading love, not germs.

How I built it

We built it through Spark AR. This is our first-ever project and hackathon using Spark AR and we thought it would be a fun challenge to do something that is more of our speed.

Challenges I ran into

We had no idea on how to use SparkAR as well as what to expect in a hackathon. A lot of research was done on SparkAR during the creation of our filter, but we did prevail at the end.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We are especially proud that we have created a filter even though it might not have been the best. We are glad that we worked together as a team and determined on what needed improvement in our current and future projects.

What I learned

Learning how to use SparkAR is a major accomplishment for all of us. We had to download the application and then learn what each and every one of the functions were. It was a difficult task but with playing around the application for a few hours, we seem to have learned the gist of it.

What's next for stay safe!

What is next for stay safe is hard to say, however, we do acknowledge that if we stay away from each other while giving each other love, we will be able to fight this altogether no matter how difficult it may be, we are together as a whole. As stated above, it is about we and not me.
