Inspiration

Startup founders often spend weeks or months building products before validating whether there is real demand. I wanted to create a tool that could act like an AI startup advisor, helping entrepreneurs quickly evaluate their ideas through structured market and business analysis.

What It Does

Startup Idea Validator AI is an AI-powered platform that transforms a simple startup concept into a comprehensive validation report.

Users can submit an idea in plain English and instantly receive:

How I Built It

The application was built using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Google Gemini.

The system accepts startup ideas, validates the input, sends the concept to Gemini for analysis, and renders the structured response through an interactive dashboard. To improve usability, I implemented local caching so users can revisit previous analyses without making additional AI requests.

Challenges

The biggest challenge was creating a consistent structure for AI-generated business reports. Since startup analysis contains many dimensions—market demand, competitors, risks, monetization, and execution planning—I had to carefully design prompts and UI components that could reliably display complex information.

Another challenge was creating a responsive dashboard capable of presenting large amounts of data while maintaining clarity and visual appeal.
