We always wanted to build something for a VR headset. Logitech lend us the opportunity to make this dream a reality.

What it does

It entertains you, and makes you forget about your worldly concers.

How we built it

With Unity, Visual Studio, a logitech G213 prodigy, the OVR SDK's, and Kenney's assets.

Challenges we ran into

Scale is a very delicate subject when talking about VR, and we did our best to solve all the challenges this issue generated. Also, we weren't very familiar with the OVR Touch Controller SDK.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The quality of the environment, the animations and overall the level of polish we achieved is very rewarding and gratifying for us.

What we learned

We learned about C#'s complicated world of Actions, callbacks and other stuff, while solidifying previous assumptions about VR development and trashing others.

What's next for KZEVVR

It is unlikely that either of us will get our hands on another Oculus rift in the near future, so it'll probably will be discontinued for the time being.
