Starry Night animation with html

Inspiration

I was learning JS and HTML in high school so I want to try to make a starry night animation. First, I was thinking about using CSS but it may not be able to upload it to the hackathon with multi-files. Therefore, I challenge myself to make the animation with only HTML

What it does

It casts a beautiful starry night.

It is hard to do with only HTML without CSS

What we learned

It is not easy to build it with an only HTML file and I have just learned a little about JS and this is a valuable experience for me to learn about JS even more
