What it does: The Star Trek Crew Tracker App is a mobile application that allows the crew of a starship to manage their schedules and locations. The app features a real-time map that shows the current location of each crew member, and a task manager that assigns tasks to individual crew members.
How we built it: We built the Star Trek Crew Tracker App using React Native for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end. We used Google Maps API to display the real-time location of the crew members on the map.
Challenges we ran into: One of the main challenges we faced was integrating the Google Maps API into the app. We also had to design a user-friendly interface that could handle the complexities of managing a starship crew.
Accomplishments that we're proud of: We are proud of creating an app that is not only functional but also visually appealing. We were able to integrate the Google Maps API seamlessly, and we built an intuitive task manager that allows the crew to manage their schedules efficiently.
