Inspiration

This project is inspired by the need to stop corruption, land barons, and scammer in real estate in my country. People can't find a proper channel to acquire land to build their homes and that has to stop.

What it does

This system will provide a clean unified system for the city council, the agents and the residents. The residents looking for land to build their homes register, then browse on available stands and applies for the available stand, provide necessary documents of identification and proof of income and then pay for the application fee. The agent can register then partner with the City council to provide development of residential lands in return of selling land. The agent of a real estate in partnership will be able to upload town design for approval along with the application fee. The agent adds stands available for the residents.

The engineer works to provide assessments and surveys for each application and then approves the town design, and the building designs for residents after the consultation fees and survey fee has been paid.

The admin work as the Council or the System admin to approve also on all paid application fees, approved building sites and town sites. The admin provides the offer letters to the agents for developing land and leases for the residents and title deeds signing.

How we built it

Its built in PHP Fullstack and MySQL for database with the help of Bolt.new. Outstanding AI assisted development even better than famous ones.

Challenges we ran into

The AI sometimes does not completely fix the errors even after repeatedly prompting the fix, maybe its the interpretation of user prompts.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm proud of completing the system in a month that would normally take 3 to 6 months to develop.

What we learned

I have learned a lot about my programming methods and how to improve them because of AI. Creating secure code, clean and reusable object oriented code.

What's next for Stands Allocation System

I am hoping to partner with my City to create a better environment for acquiring property for the current and coming genetation.
