Inspiration

India loses 150+ lives yearly to stampedes like Mahakumbh and RCB stamopede. And no company is saving these lives, we wanted to solve this problem

What it does

Prevents before a stampoede occurs,Monitors live camera feeds using AI to detect crowd density and panic movement in real time, firing instant emergency alerts before a crush turns fatal.

How we built it

Built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frontend, TypeScript/JavaScript + TensorFlow.js, backend-Express.js + Nodemailer (Critical Alert Routing), coco-ssd local ai model,Google Gemini Flash API for live crowd analysis

Challenges we ran into

finding a truly free automated voice call API that works on Indian numbers.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We built a working, real-time stampede detection system that runs entirely in the browser, it also automates email and movement detection

What we learned

The real gap in crowd safety isn't detection — it's that existing systems talk only to police, never directly to the crowd that's actually in danger.
