This inspiration got from Microsoft Teams application.

What it does

It provides the project's stakeholder status.

Consider a scenario where a scrum master or PM is checking for the status of a bug which is assigned to an engineer, but there is no progress on the bug since a day. Actual case is that the Engineer is on leave.

In this scenario, the PM or SM goes to teams to check the status of work done. But instead of that, we can have hook/sync between both teams and jira to show the status of an employee which is already present in the teams. So that there is no middle hustle.

Currently, Jira show [X] incative for the engineers who left organisation, that entire text can be replaced. by a single icon, upon mouse hover we can show the proper info.

If pulling the data from teams is not possible, user can also set his status and status message in Jira profile section itself or we can create a confluence calendar section where everyone update their leaves. Basically any central repository of leave or OOO data.
