StacksReady is an Android app that lets people managers rehearse difficult conversations with an AI counterpart — by text or live voice — then receive adaptive feedback and a concrete action plan. It's a practice tool, not a content library. You don't read about how to give feedback — you actually practise giving it.
The problem People are promoted into management for what they were good at before managing — engineering, design, sales — not for the hardest part of the new job: having difficult conversations. Feedback, conflict, and performance discussions are high-stakes, infrequent, and almost never rehearsed. Most managers walk into them cold, improvise, and either soften the message into uselessness or land it badly. Generic advice doesn't survive contact with a defensive employee in a real room. The gap isn't knowledge — it's practice under pressure, and there's no safe place to get it.
How it works The rehearsal loop is: context → goal → role-play → feedback → action plan.
Set it up. An adaptive AI interview captures your context, your goal, and how difficult the counterpart will be (Supportive, Realistic, or Challenging). Choose between two launch scenarios: difficult feedback or workplace conflict.
Rehearse. Practise in text or live voice against an AI counterpart powered by Google Gemini that pushes back realistically. The AI's behaviour adapts to the difficulty level you select — temperature-tuned from supportive to genuinely difficult.
Get feedback. Adaptive to your stated goal: how well you hit it, better wording you can say out loud, the risks you walked into, and where you lost the thread. Feedback is evidence-grounded with turn-by-turn references.
Plan next. A structured follow-up plan with milestones — not just a transcript dump. Know what to do after the real conversation.
Save what you choose. Full report, summary only, or nothing at all. You're in control of your data.

Billing runs through Google Play Billing with RevenueCat as the authoritative pro entitlement. The app uses RevenueCat's KMP SDK (purchases-kmp-core 3.8.0) with a default offering containing monthly and annual packages. A rewarded ad via AdMob grants free voice minutes, and native ads appear only in the home discovery feed — never during rehearsal.
