Inspiration

I saw in the news and a lot of my customers experienced the fact that MS Teams went down due to the fact that they forgot to renew the certificate of one of their Teams infra servers. This sparked an idea to create a SSL verifier that gets the certificate of a site and the expiration date so you can create automated workflow around it to make sure it does not happen to you.

What it does

Gets the certificate from a site. Shows issuer, expiration date and time to expiration.

What's next for SSL Verifier

Possibly expanding it to monitor domains also as I have seen a few e-commerce sites go down due to domain registeration expiry.
