Inspiration
I always wanted to participate in a hackathon, since this is my first online hackathon, it inspired me to do the forge project from Atlassian who is one of the know company to everyone.
What it does
So my forage app is a hello world application where it runs on confluence and renders the user name automatically which can be seen in the attached image of the app.
How we built it
I have used forge cli using commands like forge login, create, deploy, install to setup the project and also configured the environemnt using node js.
Challenges we ran into
I haven't faced any challenges because the documentation was really good enough that it explained ever small step.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I am really proud that i built a web app on confluence from Atlassian in just 1 hour, This is really an accomplishment for me
What we learned
I learned that its very easy to build apps either in confluence or jira from Atlassian using Forge.
What's next for Sri Harsha Mittapalli Forge Quest
I will try to implement other projects which are available in Forge Docs.
