Inspiration

We were inspired by the universal mystery of squirrel communication and the desire to finally understand their chattering.

What it does

Squirrel Translator 'translates' squirrel vocalizations into human text, providing humorous interpretations of their 'conversations.'

How we built it

We used Azure Functions for the backend 'translation' logic, Azure Cosmos DB for storing 'squirrel phrases,' and a mobile app frontend with a playful UI. GitHub Copilot in VS Code accelerated development.

Creating a fun and engaging demo that showcases the rapid development possible with Azure and AI tools, and making people laugh.

What we learned

We learned how to quickly prototype an app using Azure's serverless architecture and the significant speed boost provided by GitHub Copilot.

What's next for Untitled

Adding more 'squirrel dialects,' integrating with social media for sharing 'squirrel conversations,' and maybe even a 'bird translator' sequel.
