Inspiration

Squaredle 2 is an independent practice project for people who enjoy adjacent-letter word grids and want deeper, repeatable training without copying an official puzzle archive.

What it does

The site offers Daily, Express, and Unlimited play, 180 deterministic original boards, and a browser-local 3x3/4x4 solver with hint-first paths. The public interface ships in eight languages while gameplay answers remain English vocabulary.

How it was built

The static experience is built with Astro, React, and TypeScript and deployed to Cloudflare Pages. Puzzle state, preferences, and statistics remain in the browser. Open-data provenance and the independent trademark boundary are documented publicly.
