Inspiration: We were inspired by the desire to strengthen community bonds and empower local sellers to make a positive impact in their neighborhoods.
What it does: Square-Connect enables sellers to organize and host community events, sell their products, and drive initiatives like cancer charity events and clean-ups, fostering deeper connections with their local communities.
How we built it: We built Square-Connect with passion and dedication, leveraging Square's powerful API for seamless integration. Our frontend is crafted with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure an intuitive user experience.
Challenges we ran into: Navigating the intricacies of API integration posed challenges, as did ensuring a smooth user interface. However, through collaboration and perseverance, we overcame these hurdles.
Accomplishments that we're proud of: We're proud to have created a platform that empowers sellers to make a tangible difference in their communities while driving their businesses forward. Seeing sellers connect with their communities through our platform is immensely rewarding.
