Problem: In our current workflow using JIRA or any other tools, we face challenges in tracking everyone's daily tasks, resulting in team members having to verbally inquire about each other's progress. This lack of visibility makes it difficult to track individual activities and overall team progress.

Sprint Daily template offers a solution for team members and managers to efficiently track daily progress and enhance collaboration. It allows team members to provide brief summaries of their planned work for the day and link associated JIRA or other tool tickets. By doing so, everyone in the team gains visibility into each team member's tasks, fostering a better understanding of ongoing work.

Features Included in the Template: Work Summary : Links to the corresponding week's sprint or project for easy reference. JIRA Link: Provides a direct link to the associated JIRA ticket or task. Work Comment: Allows team members to provide additional details or specific comments about their work. Assign: Indicates the team member assigned to the task. Progress: Tracks the progress made on the task. Workload: Indicates the workload level (high, low, medium) for the day's tasks. Start Date: Specifies the start date for the task. End Date: Specifies the target end date for the task.
