Inspiration
At my previous engineering job, though we used Jira and Google Sheets, using a collaborative tool like Code AI would allow everyone to contribute while also being able to create a
What it does
This document provides information on the daily standup meeting agenda and the weekly team sync agenda for a sample company in 2023. The Work Tracker table includes details on various tickets assigned to different departments and employees, such as ticket number, department, assigned and assignee employees, ticket status, time estimate, and sprint week. The Sprint Overview section summarizes the team's progress, highlighting what went well, what did not, time issues, and ways to improve.
How we built it
By using my previous exposure to Sprint documentation and ticket tracking in Jira and Confluence, I structured the document and used Coda AI to create random names and random ticket numbers for data.
Challenges we ran into
Connecting the work tracker table to another employee status table was not easy. I couldn't isolate which column from the table to take data/base new data on, thus I scrapped the employee status table.
What we learned
Code AI prompts and capabilities in tables, summaries, and sample information allow easy creation and updating/summarize documents and data.
