Spotter

Spotter allows friends to find each other within a ~75ft range without using an internet connection or gps. The interface changes red or blue as the use gets 'hotter' or 'colder' from the friend. The circle in the center also gets bigger if they are moving away and smaller if they are getting closer. It still works if their friend is in the background. There is also an accompanying Pebble app that shows the circle so that you do not need to take your phone out of your pocket.
