The problem School presentations have strict time limits. Students need a way to decide which parts of their own text to keep and practise speaking without losing the main idea.

The solution Spot On (Ровно) turns a student's text into sections with essential, important, or optional priorities. It estimates a reading-time range and suggests versions for different limits. Essential sections are protected; if they cannot fit, the app warns the student.

Students rehearse with a teleprompter, timer, section checkpoints, optional pacing guidance, and manual stumble markers. They can move from full text to keywords and headings, practise their own questions, add pronunciation notes, prepare an editable A6 cue card, and share a presentation plan without sharing rehearsal history or questions.

Technology and privacy Built with HTML, CSS, and plain JavaScript, deployed on Firebase Hosting. Data stays in the student's browser. No account, microphone, camera, paid API, or runtime AI service is required. The interface supports Russian and English; calibration supports Russian, Ukrainian, English, and Hebrew.

Testing and challenges The main challenges were preserving essential content when shortening a plan, presenting estimates honestly, and keeping rehearsal controls accessible. The source passes 57 automated tests. Manual checks covered editing, versions, rehearsal, results, questions, and sharing. Printing, file import/export, and compatibility still need broader testing.

Development assistance AI tools were used for advice about code, testing, review, and feedback, not to write or modify the website code. The running app does not use AI to process presentation text or generate students' answers. Firebase Hosting is used for deployment. Demo runs are artificial; no claim of proven learning improvement is made.

Next steps Test real presentations with volunteers, improve accessibility and browser compatibility, and expand language support. Timing is approximate, and students retain control over their own content.
