Some time ago, I built the NFT image generator called Start NFT. A lot of nontechnical users tried it and generated their NFT images but needed help with smart contracts, IPFS, and all other technical bits that are required for deploying NFT.
I decided to build a complete tool for NFT which can be used by anyone who wants to create an NFT collection.
What it does
It's a tool that enables anyone to create and deploy an NFT collection without coding knowledge.
How we built it
I've built it with Next.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, and Truffle. I've used some design ideas that worked from my previous projects, like Start NFT.
Challenges we ran into
One of the harder challenges was making it simple for end users but, on the other hand, flexible so more complex NFT collections could use it. Regarding technical challenges, there was a small issue with integrating multiple wallets, but it was resolved.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I'm proud that the product is almost there and that you can already create the NFT collection in a few clicks.
What we learned
I've learned much more about Web3, and that simplicity is key when building a product.
What's next for Mint Lama
Next for Mint Lama is adding tools for image generation, making it more UX friendly, and getting it to the end users.
