Creating SplitMate was inspired by the challenges I faced while managing shared expenses with friends and family. I wanted to create a tool that would eliminate these pain points and make managing expenses seamless and stress-free.
The goal was to build something that could cater to everyone—from the tech-savvy to those who just want an easy way to keep track of their finances. SplitMate is designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, allowing users to split costs effortlessly, update or delete records with a click, and even send reminder emails to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s about taking a mundane, often frustrating task and turning it into something that’s almost enjoyable.
