What it does

Our project uses an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) attached to a Raspberry Pi on a frisbee to analyze and visualize the dynamics of a throw in real-time. By capturing data like angular velocity, acceleration, and orientation, we can create detailed 3D visualizations of the frisbee's flight path, spin rate, and stability. This can help players improve their throwing techniques, provide insights for coaches, or even be used in sports analytics. It’s the ultimate tool for anyone looking to elevate their frisbee game with data-driven precision.

How we built it

We attached a Raspberry Pi and 6OF sensors to a frisbee. Reading accelerometer and gyroscopic data to be integrated to visualize the frisbees flight path and analyze.

Challenges we ran into

Getting the Raspberry Pi to even work.
