Pay-Waste

This app’s target is to transform the already existing waste collection and disposal system in India, established under Swachh Bharat Mission in 2014, further making the app’s idea feasible and practicable. This app connects individual households, garbage collectors, and waste recycling institutions. The app focuses on proper waste management, by encouraging people through providing monetary benefits like e-coupons for their provided garbage. Sustainability: Most of the waste collected gets disposed unrecycled in vast land fields ,kept intact ,burnt or buried. We propose the government to set up waste segregation centers here .Waste material thus would then be available for recycle and resale, thereby saving resources , the economy and also preventing "land pollution". Scale of impact: Every citizen will be benefited by helping in creating a zero-waste India, thereby accomplishing the Swachh Bharat Mission as we focus on recycling both wet and dry waste which will help the scalability of the app.
