What we did during Hackathon: We created a Daily Mood Check Survey using Excel - Macro Three options Good/Neutral/Bad to be closed with a valid comment
On a daily basis the respective Team Leader’s gets the data and is analyzed This helps us to be proactive and know the and to know the pulse of the team

Result : Enhanced employee engagement and better efficiency is the main highlight Automated survey with a common platform (BOT) company wide and along with automatic data analysis
