Inspiration
I am a creator in many ways: designer, musician, developer; but my degree is in English. This past month has a been a whirlwind of activity for me as I launched my Singular collection and contributed to this hackathon as both coder and designer. But now that the hackathon is almost over, I had some thoughts that I wanted to share.
What it does
Makes the case for how and why RMRK and Singular will change the face of Web 3.0 in the new year.
How we built it
I wrote it using the blog I built at chillfiltr.com with Craft CMS.
Challenges we ran into
I'm always pulling away some of the personal details in order to make my writing more accessible to a general audience. I have a writing style that is already a mix of memoir and journalism so most of the time adding anecdotes can take away from the larger theme. But I'm always tempted!
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I've had quite a month - getting my Singular collection verified, learning Illustrator and Solidity, and creating other projects for this hackathon. I'm proud of being productive as both a designer and a developer while also finding the time tonight to crystallize my thoughts.
What we learned
I'm all in on RMRK and Singular. Y'all have my heart. :)
What's next for [Special] A Word About the Future of RMRK
More writing, more art, more Ruby. Rinse, repeat.
