Inspiration

I wanted to communicate with a family member in Morocco, and I do not speak Arab language. I wanted to share my thoughts and feelings and I could not express them. Every time we communicate is basically hi, how are you and Good by. So i thought about what if I can call the family member on the phone and she as the receiver will get the message in her language, without any middle man listening to our conversation.

What it does

SpeakSync is a cutting-edge technology that breaks language barriers in voice and video calls across popular applications like WhatsApp, Viber, and Skype.

its advanced Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence algorithms enable seamless, real-time language translation and with that enhancing the global communication by instantly translating conversations in various languages.

How we built it

using google APIs (speech to text and text to speech ) + an opensource API for translation
