Inspiration

In Business working days there comes always problem we miss important client mails due to its frequency , non availability at system, quantity of mail in inbox which makes it difficult for employee to read and search for clients each mail which consumes lots of time , most important reducing interaction time of email making the employee utilize. This problem will be solved by 'Speaking Buddy' who will take over all our responsibilities of gazing all emails present in inbox folder.

Work

'Speaking Buddy' will perform following tasks: 1- Reading specific mails - Issue related mail coming from client (Mail of High Priority) 2- Speaking Buddy will read and speak important client mails in seconds. 3- Speaking Buddy will reduce employees interaction time with mail. 4- Employee can focus their time on priority task instead of searching mails in inbox.

Challenges

Currently there is no challenge in this Project.

Accomplishments

'Speaking Buddy' bot accomplished successfully.

Learnings:

1- Python language can fill the gap between traditional and non-traditional automation with presence of its plethora of libraries. 2- Inbuilt Automation Anywhere functionalities which are very useful for creating python scripts. 3- Python and Automation Anywhere will fulfill objective of complete automation.

What's next for 'Speaking Buddy' 1- 'Speaking Buddy' will be triggered based on customized clients mail. 2- Accept the employee response in speech and convert it into text. 3- Reply the employee response to client in standard format without opening mail. 4- 'Speaking Buddy' to fetch employee's response from WhatsApp and change it to standard format using machine learning techniques and send it to respective client . 5- 'Speaking Buddy' will convert informal message format to formal one before sending it to client in order to maintain email ethics.
