Inspiration
As a first year college student, I noticed how many of us struggle with presentations. I saw smart classmates lose points because they sounded nervous. I felt that fear too. I wanted something that could guide us before the real moment.
What it does
SpeakConfident AI lets users upload an audio or video of their presentation. The AI listens and reviews how you speak. It points out pacing, clarity, filler words, and confidence. The results appear in a simple and engaging dashboard. The feedback is clear, honest, and easy to follow.
How we built it
All thanks to Google AI Studio. I designed a system that accepts audio and video uploads. I used AI to analyze speech patterns and delivery. I built a dashboard to show the feedback in a visual way. I focused on making everything feel simple and friendly. I wanted students to feel helped, not judged.

What we learned
Still prompt engineering and how to break down complex project into manageable task so AI can accomplish the project with each step as individual actions instead of straight dive into the complex proejct without knowing where to start.
What's next for SpeakConfident AI
This version is just an idea, it is not ready for commercalization or anything. A dedicated model to analyze voice and video from a dataset could be implemented.
