The very purpose of creating this chatbot is to improve customer communications and help customers get answers to their questions in real-time.
What it does
It accepts queries of the customer and give on spot responses.
How we built it
We created and trained our model in nodejs. Rest API is used for communication between frontend and server. Frontend is developed in ReactJS.
Challenges we ran into
Self learning of model from the real time chat.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
User queries are being entertained in much short time.
