Inspiration

We wanted to change the current scenario of Digital Media with the help of disrupting technology like Blockchain

What it does

Provides a micro-payment system with the help of which users can pay only for the content they watch. We are implementing Pay Per View Model.

How we built it

It is built on Ethereum Blockchain Technology. We have used Solidity with the truffle framework. UI is written with Web3.js

Challenges we ran into

We had to create well defined smart contracts which would cater all the conditions of media industry. Also we had to implement Proof of Authority instead of Proof of Work.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We implemented smart contracts on the Remix IDE and used POA for it. We Also designed our own Coin called as Dish Coin

What we learned

We learned to implement features under changing conditions. We also learned that npm install takes time.

What's next for Sparks

We want to implement this concept in the real world. Also take the concept of Dish Coin to next level.
