Inspiration
We were inspired by the rising mental health crisis and the need for accessible, stigma-free emotional support. Traditional therapy can be costly and out of reach — so we envisioned SPARK: an AI-powered video platform that offers real, empathetic conversations anytime, anywhere.
What it does
SPARK provides real-time video interactions with AI companions tailored to support mental health, personalized learning, and initial health guidance — all through Tavus’s Conversational Video Interface.
How we built it
We built SPARK using:
React 18 + TypeScript for the frontend
Vite for blazing-fast development
Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui for clean, responsive design
Firebase for auth and data
Tavus CVI for AI-powered video conversations
Integrated real-time analytics, mood tracking, and streak-based wellness progress
