Inspiration
While viewing the list of themes for Future Hacks one thing that caught my eye was spam detection. Yes, gmail filters out spam and we can tell as humans what spam is or which mail is or isn't spam, but how can ai do it? Or how does it?
What it does
My spam detecting AI will filter out what it thinks is spam mail and what isn't by detecting certain key phrases or words typically used in spam mail, versus key phrases and words that aren't.
How we built it
I used colab.research.google.com to python code everything, and used google spreadsheets to create a csv that would help identify the spam versus the ham.
