I am suggesting that a function be added to all phones which works similar to the Spam Folders on computers. Any time someone calls you, if you don't want them to be able to call you again, you send their phone number to the Spam Folder by pressing something like "#5" at any time during the call. That phone number goes to a Spam List and they are blocked from calling you again. This would work for blocking stalking calls, obscene phone calls, unwanted political calls, robocalls, etc. There could also be a recording function added to the spam folder where it starts to record the call as soon as it is placed in the spam folder, so that the call can be traced and legal action taken if appropriate. And, a confirmation message can ask the person if they are sure the number is to go to the spam folder and they are required to hit #5 again to confirm or another code to deny. That way, calls won't be accidentally placed in the spam folder. My computer and cell phone have functions that operate in this manner, so I don't see why it would be a problem putting this type of function on any phone.
