What it does

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a global collapse and restriction of how we connect in our everyday lives. Trainees and staff have missed out on opportunities to shadow their seniors and interact with their colleagues. This brings about the big question, how do we, in this new normal, connect, collaborate and co-create with each other at the workplace?

LawSuite is an integrated social-driven platform that connects trainees to their seniors and colleagues through gamification. With the range of activities available on this platform, trainees will have the opportunity to learn the ropes from their seniors, bond with their colleagues and even experience being in the office, virtually!

As a fully customisable platform, LawSuite allows law firms to select and choose their ideal range of social interaction activities, all based on their preferences. Upon reaching the homepage of LawSuite, a user simply has to log in with their corporate account, providing them access to a unique range of activities.

Our solution combines the world’s leading social games and virtual interaction, while complementing each law firm’s unique identity. Games such as Among Us, which allow lawyers to critically debate on who's the most suspicious player, and Skribbl.io, which require lawyers to delve deeper into various artefacts, were specially chosen to develop one’s "inner lawyers" light-heartedly. Alongside these games, LawSuite also provides a diverse range of curated personality questions that aims to break the ice (not the law) for newcomers to comfortably integrate into the new environment.

To enable trainees and newcomers to accurately experience life in the office, LawSuite has specifically integrated Gather.Town into our platform. Customised to mirror each law firm's office layout and access to each available senior, LawSuite will provide a holistic learning experience while allowing them to experience being in the office.
