Inspiration

our Inspiration was discord and space, we thought of making a discord/chat app targeting specifically the space community

What it does

People can chat with each other in different groups. As of now there is an option to add a group but in future we plan on making this feature available only to developers.

How we built it

We built it using ReactJS, Firebase, MaterialUI, Firebase Auth. I worked on Frontend and Agrim worked on backend

Challenges we ran into

The only challenge we ran into was authentication. But we fixed it with some help

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of making a web app this quick.

What we learned

We worked as a team and completed the hackathon within time. We learned that with team work we can achieve our targets easily

What's next for Spacies

We plan on working on it and maybe add a feature of paid groups and improve the UI/UX. We did not have a lot of time to work on the other aspects but we are satisfied with it for now
