Inspiration
Our original idea was to create a gravity simulation. We decided it would be too difficult and settled on a chatbot.
What it does
In the text box, you ask a space related question, and the chatbot will attempt to answer that question.
How we built it
We primarily used python, because it was the only language that we both knew farly well. We used openAI to implement the chatbot features.
Challenges we ran into
Before we gave the AI some sample questions, it would occasionally answer something completely off topic. This was fixed with a bit of modification. However, the main challenge was hosting the website. It took about 4 hours, but we managed to host our website on a raspberry pi using localtunnel.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I feel like the biggest accomplishment was finishing. When you finally finish, you feel a sense of accomplishment like no other.

We learned two things:

- The importance of time management and planning in a hackathon
