Inspiration

This was our first hackathon and our inspiration came from looking at the projects that other people have made for hackathons in the past.

What it does

It is a game where your goal is the shoot the invading aliens.

How we built it

We used the game lab in code.org(javascript)

Challenges we ran into.

One of the big challenges we ran into was getting enemies to spawn with a delay in between each spawn

Accomplishments that we're proud of.

Getting the character to shoot towards the mouse. Getting the enemies to move towards the character. Getting the project done on time.

What we learned:

We learned that debugging is a pain, and that using prebuilt libraries saves a lot of time.

What's next for Space Raiders:

We plan to continue to improve with a shop system and different types of enemies in the future.
