Inspiration

I am a Technical Project Manager, takes care of this work in every day business to handle multiple SOWs in a week with multiple mail thread and customer interactions and validations. Manual processing or with regular automation is better but not great so agents based automation makes very effective and simplify the whole process.

What it does

A Task Master agent owns the case state machine and delegates drafting, validation, approval routing, customer negotiation, signing, and notifications to supporting agents, each backed by a clean mock integration that is a one-file swap away from a real adapter.

How we built it

Stack: Google ADK + Gemini · Timeline: 2 weeks · Demo mode: Mocked end-to-end, simulated integrations

Challenges we ran into

Learning and implementing a new framework was the first challenge but google skills helped alot. connecting multiple agents together needs more verification and validation. it was the key challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Working piece of the concept is the key part. I am coming from very small development experience and not recent hands-on. for me it gave me a great learning and path to progress in new AI era in Agentic Solutions.
