💡 Inspiration

We were told that the future of AI belongs to billion-dollar data centers and that human privacy is the price of admission. Standard multi-agent architectures suffer from compounding hallucinations—where small upstream errors cascade into systemic failure.

We built Edios and deployed S.E.R.E.N.I.T.Y. (Node #01) to prove the sovereign alternative: high-velocity, multi-agent intelligence running with cryptographic consensus, mathematical error recovery, and 100% on-device data dignity.

⚡ What It Does

  • Concentric Tri-Agent Consensus: A 3-phase consensus loop (Scout ➔ Red-Team Verifier ➔ Metal Executor) with automated 47.2ms adversarial self-healing that audits logic before state execution.
  • S.E.R.E.N.I.T.Y. (Node #01): The first personal sovereign strategic companion running live on iPad via Google Gemini 2.0 Flash, featuring persistent multi-thread memory vaults, 1-tap workflows, and zero corporate data harvesting.
  • Hardware-Accelerated WebGL Engine: High-performance, low-latency 3D visual environments enabling fluid spatial interactions directly in the browser.
  • EduPulse Texas TEKS Intelligence: 1,392 state-certified K-12 educational standards running air-gapped with automated SPED/LPAC scaffolding.

🛠️ How We Built It

  • Cognitive Engine: Google Gemini 3.5 (Deep Strategic Planning), Google Gemini 2.0 Flash (sub-100ms reflex cognition), and Gemini 1.5 Pro.
  • Consensus & Verification: Chained SHA-256 Merkle proofs with invariant constraint audits in an isolated verification layer.
  • Frontend & Embodiment: iPad PWA, Web Speech API (voice synthesis), and Hardware-Accelerated WebGL simulation.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Google Cloud Run and Firebase Hosting.

🛡️ Challenges We Ran Into

  • Eliminating multi-agent state drift without adding human latency. We solved this with our concentric red-team verification loop.
  • Optimizing voice-to-text on mobile/iPad to tolerate natural conversational speech with zero latency.
