Inspiration
The proliferation of LLM generated music has sparked much controversy recently. Many music fans do not want to unknowingly support AI generated artists. This tool is to help discover and validate new music.
What it does
Temporarily scrapes a soundcloud track stream for audio and analyzes that audio with the Human Standard API to detect for AI content.
How we built it
As a chrome browser plugin using node js and vanilla html.
Challenges we ran into
Fetching the soundcloud audio and dealing with the asynchronous nature of the analyzer
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Getting a fully working functional application in a limited time frame
