Inspiration: Hard to remember too many passwords. Would be great if sound can be used as password.
What it does: Using sound to replace traditional password to login/unlock.
How we built it: Jave/Eclipse.
Challenges we ran into: Audio file I/O and encryption.
Accomplishments that we're proud of: This is first time we've participated in Hackathon. We managed to solve many challenges and finished the project before the deadline.
What we learned: Audio file I/O and using API to compare audio files.
What's next for Sound Lock: Improving the accuracy of the comparison function. Enable to identify the same person even with different sound.
