Inspiration
arranging all of your health files in one place is a challenge in itself and then if you change your doctor you have to take all of them or select few ones from them and give them to the new doctor who at first you might not even trust because he is not your usual doctor, so that's why this project was created to store all the files easily and give access to them easily.
What it does
The problem SoulBound NFT Health Record solves With the functionality of Soulbound token, it ensures that you recieve a token containing your health records and cannot be transferred or owned by anyone else apart from you.
It ensures that you receive a token that contains your health records and cannot be transferred or owned by anyone else. With the help of soulbound token or QR code the doctor can scan the QR and get access to all your stored documents for a limited amount of time.
How we built it
We built it using handlebars instead of HTML, CSS and javascript for the frontend, and we used express and node for setting up a server, we used MongoDB for our database and we used Oauth for authentication purposes of signing-up and out.

Building the app fairly quickly in a span of around 4 days Using individual skillset of teammates and pooling them together to work something out.

Further we can make the token viewing capabilities consent based or make it available for a limited amount of time.
