Problem
- Half of all the mental health conditions we experience at some point in our lives will have started by age 14
- Young people are less likely than any other age group to seek professional help.

Solution
To address this mental health crisis among youth, we offer a unique approach aimed as a prevention or an early intervention model to achieve and maintain mental fitness by harnessing the power of music and creativity at both an individual and collective level to promote emotional healing and self-expression.
Our tailored songwriting sessions provide individuals with a safe space to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings, leading to greater self-awareness and resilience.
Inspiration
They say experience is the greatest teacher and in my case, it is true as well. Music served as my saviour when I had to deal with childhood trauma and suicidal ideation at the tender age of 13. And today, I am here telling you this story so that I can support others in their own journeys through the art of songwriting.
Current challenge
We are currently running songwriting sessions in the New England Northwest region and we have seen successful uptake and ongoing engagement by schools, organisations and local governments and we have repeat customers.
Unfortunately, we are limited by two factors : 1) The face-to-face sessions mean that I have to be onsite and can cater to a limited audience at one time 2) Sessions are organised sporadically at the discretion of contracting organisations rather than the individual need
