Many students and small business owners struggle with complex problems not because solutions do not exist, but because those solutions are often poorly explained or too fragmented. While powerful AI tools exist, most do not focus on clear reasoning and step-by-step understanding. This inspired the creation of SolveSphere AI—a tool designed to transform complex academic and real-world problems into clear, structured, and understandable solutions using Gemini 3.
What It Does
SolveSphere AI is a problem-solving application powered by Gemini 3. Users describe a problem—academic, scientific, or business-related—and the system analyzes it using first-principles reasoning. The application then generates:

How We Built It
SolveSphere AI was built entirely during the hackathon using Google AI Studio with Gemini 3 as the core reasoning engine. The application relies on Gemini 3’s advanced reasoning capabilities to analyze user input, structure logical steps, and synthesize accurate outputs.
The interface was intentionally kept clean and minimal to ensure the focus remains on problem understanding and reasoning rather than visual complexity. Gemini 3 is central to every stage of the workflow—without it, the application cannot function.
Challenges We Ran Into
One of the main challenges was ensuring that Gemini 3 was not used as a generic text generator, but as a true reasoning engine. Achieving consistent, step-by-step explanations required careful prompt design and iterative testing. Another challenge was balancing simplicity with capability—making the app easy to use while still powerful enough to handle complex problems.
What We Learned
This project demonstrated the importance of explainable AI. We learned how Gemini 3 can be leveraged not just to produce answers, but to reason, structure, and explain solutions in a way that users can genuinely understand and apply. The experience reinforced how thoughtful AI integration can significantly improve learning and decision-making.
What’s Next
Future improvements include deeper multimodal support, expanded domain-specific reasoning tools, and enhanced personalization for different user groups. SolveSphere AI aims to evolve into a trusted assistant for clear, explainable problem-solving across education and business.
