SolveCaseWeather is a computer program made with Python in Visual Studio Code Programming Software. The creative search provided by the many ai software programs inspired me to make a computer program that is similar where users facing extreme heat weather conditions can be provided with original solutions to their weather problems.

Through my github link attached and the video demo attached you can see that my program has a menu screen displaying the company title: 'SolveCaseWeather'. When the user clicks enter, the user is sent to the next page, that has a question: 'What issues are you facing pertaining to your weather conditions?' and this question has a series of options that the user can click depending on their situation, leading them to the solution screen for each issue.

My program was built using the tkinter GUI toolkit that helps display code on a creative outlet. The code has a series of python def classes, display elements, and input/outputs for buttons.

As a high-schooler, and someone with moderate experience with coding. I found many challenges while working on this program. I also compared myself to the groups working around me that looked more experienced and used a variety of software programs to create their programs. This led me to change my ideas constantly due to inspiration, and being faced with errors in my code. I used my prior knowledge to code the screen displays and program, used youtube to help me with errors in my code, and also asked for help from mentors at Elle Hacks to help resolve these errors as well.

The code being able to run, and essentially complete the objective of the hackathon is the biggest accomplishment for me, as well as my problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking have definitely improved.

I learned how to use GUI toolkits into my program to display graphics and creative displays that are audience-engaging.

I plan to ameliorate my skills in various programming languages, and software, and plan to use other softwares such as figma, cloudfare, etc. This will help me make SolveCaseWeather a better program application that will be more appealing for users to utilize.
