Welcome to our project, Solid State. We were inspired to create this platform because we have family members who are colour blind. Thus, we wanted to create a convenient and easy platform for people who are affected by this deficiency. The purpose of this project is to give more possibilities to those who have suffered because of some inability to see. We also want to tell others that we know their suffering is there, and we will do anything to help them and support them with all of our heart. Our mission with this website is to ensure that everyone in our community is included, no matter blind or affected by colour vision deficiency. We built this platform using Java, HTML, CSS, and javascript to create a forum where colourblind users can post photos of things they need help identifying and contact users who have helped them before. We had problems creating the login and signup during building this platform since none of us had ever made a website that has this function before, which allowed us to learn how to build one properly for future uses.
