SoleClaw: AI-Powered Arbitration for India Inspiration India's legal system faces a massive crisis with over 4 crore pending cases, where disputes take 2-5 years to resolve and consume 10-15% of the dispute value in legal costs. We were inspired by the Digital India initiative and the need to make justice accessible to every Indian, regardless of their economic status or location. The vision was to create a platform that could understand Indian laws as well as experienced lawyers but deliver results in days, not years. What it does SoleClaw is India's first AI-powered arbitration platform that resolves legal disputes using artificial intelligence trained specifically on Indian laws and legal precedents. The platform handles commercial disputes, consumer grievances, MSME payment issues, and real estate transactions. Users can submit disputes in Hindi or English, and our AI analyzes the case using 50,000+ Indian Supreme Court judgments to deliver fair, transparent resolutions backed by blockchain technology. The platform ensures compliance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015, and provides bilingual support for India's diverse population.
