The vision for the project is a Chess platform that acts as its own ecosystem built on the Solana Network. The platform would incentivize new chess players and NFT enthusiasts by applying an earn as you learn concept in which we can airdrop tokens for them completing chess lessons. As well as incentivize experienced passionate chess players to play chess on our platform by making it play to earn through tournaments that have payouts.

Much like Zed Run: Some can have an entry fee - Some can be free. Winnings for the top 3 participants would depend on entry cost and even the free ones will have small but decent rewards on the payouts. It would likely be payed with its own native token if not, Solana. Another huge factor for the ecosystem should be NFTs being sold as different limited edition chess sets that people can use as their own within the chess platform.

I want airdrop our native tokens for first NFT chess set owners to be able to join the tournaments initially at no cost. This could be an initial way to fund the project by offering early adopters & investors of the platform a mass collection in which holders will benefit from a token airdrop, early access to the platform and future mints. Aswell as a limited edition royalty collection that will earn from the sales of future chess collections. Also be able to have chess lessons within the platform that pay people in our own native token for the chess lessons they are completing. Incentivizing new chess players and NFT enthusiasts to learn chess on our platforms. As well as incentivizing experienced chess players to play on our platform for the PLAY2EARN concept behind the platform. Allowing for extra side income for chess players simply for playing the game they're passionate about.

1st step --- Develop the NFT chess collections that will fund the initial proper development of the platform. Those funds will be used for all aspects of the initial development of the project.

NFT Art - Chess Theme Set Collections (Potential Collaborations with Brands for Collections— Example: NFT Projects & Mainstream Brands. Maybe even Marvel, Mortal Kombat, One Punch Collection, Fighting Brands, Anime Collections that can be implemented as chess set collections for the potential combat game addition. Such is not a priority and is still being considered. If anything it would be secondary to the chess platform/ecosystem )

(VR/AR) Virtual Reality Chess with their own NFT Chess Sets
Potential "Decentraland/Zed Run" type EverChess Headquaters on a Solana Metaverse where people can play or view chess games and tourneys. Casually going in the Virtual Headquarters to sit down as an NFT avatar and watch or play 1-1 casual/ranked games or real tourneys.

Have Play To Earn Tournaments:

Entry Fees -> Top 3 Contestants Win $SCH ( SolChess Tokens within EverChess platform )
Distribute % of entry fees to Royalty Set Holders/Top Ranks
Burn an equal amount of tokens from the Supply

Have a Ranking System: Those who go up in the ranking system tiers have a higher % of tokens distributed to them from tourney fees. Have Discounts on Certain NFT collections based on Ranking. Tokens can also be used to buy collections.

Royalty Collection Sets: Very Limited Edition (5-10) Have collections that are a royalty set. The only collection that gives you passive income from the sales.

Looking for the following potential partner and teammates that also share my passion for chess.

Cofounder Full Stack Developer with experience in Rust. (Or both a Frontend and Back end w Rust experience) 3D Artist for NFTs + Graphic Design. Branding/Marketing Experts. Community Manager/Social Media Engagement. Blockchain Consultant / DEFI Ecosystem Advisor. Smart Contract Developer/Analyst.

Would love to find a Cofounder Developer that shares my passion for chess and can help me in building build the code of the platform while I oversee and continue to work on all the many different aspects of the vision. As the CEO/face of the platform I will be working on branding, marketing, community building, social media engagement, partnerships, NFTs and bringing everything together. Preferably must have Rust Experience/Knowledge since we're building the platform on Solana.

Looking to also find a 3D artist that can work with me in bringing the chess set collections to 3D-Life within the game. I will contribute to the drawings by giving the ideas and sketches but it will finalized in the 3D version by you. It can be intricate but at the same time it's only 6 pieces per collection.

I would also love to find one person that can contribute to each of the rest of the roles however they may not be as crucial to find as the first two. Cofounder Dev + 3D Artist. As of now I can take care of the roles of Branding, Marketing, Partnerships, & Community Management & Social Media engagement. Unless a solid & passionate Chess, DEFI, NFT enthusiast can assist in one or more of these. We can also outsource the last two roles once the project is further developed.
